Team access and phones

Grant roles and assign each person's browser phone. People sign in with their EYERIDE Google account; their phone connects by itself.

Team managers

A manager sees their team's people in the dashboard (timeline, attendance, live status). Admins and C-level see everyone.

Teams

Who answers or makes which calls. Reports count a call for a team when it rang, or was made from, a member's extension. Includes people who only use a desk phone (from Vtiger).
